The individual should ideally have some experience in basketball and an existing basketball coaching qualification - though the club is happy to fund an "Introduction to Basketball Coaching" course this summer for the right applicant.
"The #AllGirls programme has gone from strength-to-strength, despite the pandemic" said the club's Head Coach, Arron MacDonald.
"This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a passionate, award-winning coach, and help to grow and establish the girls' programme at our club and in our area - with the opportunity to progress to a Head Coaching role at the club in the future."
"The #AllGirls programme is building momentum really quickly" said Coach Jo Brawn, the country's first #AllGirls Ambassador.
"The numbers are increasing every week, with 20 girls at our last session before the summer break. It's been lovely to see a mixed age range who (despite the heat in recent weeks) have turned up, listened, worked hard and had fun. I couldn't ask any more from the girls!"
"What I can ask for though, is a helping hand or two! Having so many players limits our ability to coach individuals - so it would be amazing for someone to join me who is passionate about basketball, to help inspire these girls to continue playing the sport they love!"
Any applicant will require a valid DBS check, and may also be required to undertake Safeguarding qualifications, as per Basketball England's eligibility criteria for coaches.
