Bury St. Edmunds Basketball Club's popular "Get Back Into Basketball" session, aimed at lapsed players aged 18+ will be returning on Friday 25th September, in a new timeslot at a new venue.
To ensure COVID-19 compliance, and track and trace, the session will now strictly be pre-book only, with bookings and payments to be taken through the Teamo App. Players will have until 5:30pm on the day of the session to book-on and pay.
Additionally, we're insisting that all participants take their own temperature and confirm they have no COVID-19 symptoms (or recent exposure to anyone with COVID-19), as per Basketball England guidelines.
Upon arrival, we will verify the temperature of the players, and that they have their own drink and hand sanitiser for the session. All participants will also have to wear facemasks coming into/out of the facility, and follow the one-way system.
During the session, there will be regular breaks to wipe down the basketballs and high contact surfaces.
