We require parents to volunteer for the role of Team Manager for Junior Teams across the club for the 2021/22 season.

The Team Manager is a vitally important role at our club - and one which allows our coaches to focus on coaching, and manage our sessions and game days more efficiently.

The typical duties relating to the role are:

  • Collating membership and attendance information for your team

  • Collection of match fees and payment of officials

  • Liaising with the club treasurer regarding any unpaid monthly subscriptions

  • Communicating with parents with details of the squad and location for upcoming fixtures

  • Informing parents of any changes to scheduled sessions

  • Keeping members of your team up-to-date with camps and club fundraising events

  • Management of game day kit

  • Providing the officials with a team list for any team fixtures

Additionally, whilst we are working through the COVID pandemic, there are additional duties at training such as:

  • Undertaking COVID screening checks with all players on their way into the building

  • Documenting that this has taken place & providing our screening template to the club's COVID Officer.

Our Club Secretary (Lynne Quelch) and Head Coach (Arron MacDonald) will be available to support you in the role, and as a part of taking on the role, you would become a member of the club's committee for the season.

We are currently seeking Team Managers for the following sides:

  • U12 Mixed

  • All Girls

  • U15 Boys

  • U18 Men

If you have a child in any of the above teams and can provide us with some support, please contact us urgently.
