Established in 1987, BuryPhysio is entering its 4th decade of service to the local community. They are one of the largest and best resourced private physiotherapy clinics in East Anglia, providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation services.
BuryPhysio provide high quality assessments and treatment for a variety of clinical conditions to facilitate patient recovery and ensure their clients know how to prevent re-occurrence of their specific condition.
With the Covid-19 pandemic having cut the season short, the club were concerned at the prospect of players having a greater risk of injury upon the members upon resumption of normal basketball activity, and began looking for a physio partner to work with.
“BuryPhysio really were the best option for us.” said Head Coach Arron MacDonald. “They have earned a superb reputation in their field, and we wanted to make sure we had the services of the very best physiotherapists in our area available to our members, not only in the event of injury and rehabilitation, but also to help us with injury prevention - that's exactly why we reached out to them, and we’re really looking forward to working with the team at BuryPhysio.”
We were delighted to be approached by the club,” says Hayley Jarvill, Specialist Physiotherapist at BuryPhysio. “It will be our pleasure to work closely alongside such a forward-thinking and ambitious club whose Head Coach shares our passion for preventing injuries before they occur. We look forward to getting started with our partnership. Let’s go Bulldogs!”
As part of the partnership, BuryPhysio will offer an exclusive discount to all Bulldogs members and family, and will offer a complimentary one hour webinar on injury prevention for basketball players during this off-season.
