Bulldogs Announce "Marathon" Fundraiser

With the countdown having started for the 2019/20 season, Bury St. Edmunds Basketball Club's committee have announced an exciting new fundraiser open to every club member.

On Saturday 7th September at Skyliner Sports Centre, the club is aiming to dribble and pass the combined distance of fifty miles, whilst also aiming to register over 5,000 points scored inside of four hours.

The fundraiser will be run (and monitored) by the club's volunteers and is open to all club members for the season ahead - with the opportunity to contribute towards your season's training fees in the process.

We're asking every player taking part to contribute a minimum of £20.00 in sponsorship, with any funds raised over and above that amount split 50/50 between the club, and the player's fees for the season (limited to the total season's training subscription for the member's team).

We'll also be giving prizes to the top fundraisers, and to the players who show the most effort on the day!
